Darwin’s Freshest Dog Food
The Paddock to Plate team provides fresh dog food to customers in and around Darwin in the Northern Territory. They have a lot of loyal customers, but they came to us frustrated with their website.
They had been trying to get it live with another developer for more than a year, and they were disappointed with the results. Their customers were asking for subscriptions, so we simply updated their existing website and added the ability for their customers to subscribe to the existing products. We also built the special customisations they needed which allowed their customers to choose their delivery days.
While we were there we updated their theme to a new modern design with some tricks we knew would improve conversions—this saved them money on having a new website built from scratch.
We also set up a Shopping Campaign on Google, Mailchimp integration and migrated their site to a new more reliable server based in Australia to improve customer experience.
