Bombay Bliss is a popular Indian restaurant on the Sunshine Coast, with four locations in Caloundra, Coolum, Noosa, Sippy Downs and Maroochydore. They offer pickup and delivery services, as well as email/SMS notifications when your order is ready for pickup.
As part of our ongoing efforts to help Bombay Bliss grow their business, we helped them create an easier experience for customers by building new order pages that make it easy to place orders from their smartphones. We also optimised their Google Ads campaigns to improve ROI and track sales from their website—helping them maximise their online presence.
In 2023, we created an online rewards system that allows customers to earn points and use them to redeem discounts on future orders—another way for Bombay Bliss to keep people coming back! And we’re still working with them today to help improve the customer experience with their online orders.
